Where is Lola & Lamar based?
Lola & Lamar was born in Sydney, Australia and is now based in Hawaii, United States.
How do I care for my swimwear?
To extend the life of your swimwear, rinse with cold water after each wear to remove chlorine, salt water or lotions. Hand wash only and lay flat to dry. Do not ring out your swimwear, machine wash or tumble dry. Always store your swimwear completely dry and carefully folded or flat.
What is the fabric used to make Lola & Lamar swimwear?
Our swimsuits are made from Nylon/Spandex and printed pieces are Polyester/Spandex. We use only the finest material to ensure an exceptional experience.
What size should I order?
All pieces are standard sizing unless advised in the product description, but please note that most styles are minimal cut and coverage. We understand it can be difficult to figure out your sizing, which is why we have created a sizing guide for you, which can be seen here. If you would like more detailed size information, please email email@example.com.
What happens if I purchase an item that is sold out?
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.
Do you restock items?
Yes, some items get restocked each season. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified when your favourite item comes back in stock!

What currency is the site in?
All prices on the site are in US Dollars.
What payment methods does Lola and Lamar accept?
Currently we accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
What is a Customer Account?
By creating an account, you can securely view orders, save payment methods, shipping addresses and shopping carts, making for a faster checkout experience. You can sign up for an account here or during checkout.
What does 'Pre-Order' mean?
'Pre-Order' means that the item is not yet available though that it can be ordered in advance. Not all items are available for Pre-Order, though those that are are typically either advance season pieces, special limited offer products or re-cuts of popular items that have sold out. Please remember these important points regarding Pre-Orders:
100% of the order value will be charged upon order placement;
The Pre-Ordered item's ETA is listed on the item's page;
The ETA can change due to production schedules. In such instance our Customer Service will do their utmost to keep you informed and up to date;
The fulfillment of your order is contingent on the fulfillment of our (confirmed) order with our suppliers.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped. It takes about 1-3 business days to get your order packed and ready to ship.
When will my order arrive?
We generally process and ship orders within 1-2 days Mon-Fri on all non-US holidays. Purchases made on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Lola & Lamar uses USPS or UPS for all orders. Please see our Shipping page for postage time frames.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you receive your Shipping Confirmation email, simply click on the tracking number and it will direct to you to the USPS or UPS tracking service. On arrival into the destination country, detailed tracking information can be found via the standard postal service of that country (eg. Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping at www.lolaandlamar.com.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your orders, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders as soon as we receive them, and once we've processed we will be unable to make changes.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Shipping times vary based on your shipping address and ship speed. Please see our Shipping page for more information here.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Please email email@example.com with your Name and Order Number, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Where is my tracking number?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number link once your order has been shipped. It is located at the top.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, and are not included in your order at checkout. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
How do I use a promo code or gift card?
To use a promo code or gift card;
1. Go to your cart and click the checkout button
2. Once you're on the checkout page, on the right hand side you'll see the Enter Promo Code field. Enter your code and then hit the Apply button.
What can I do if the promo code or gift card isn't working?
Have you entered the code correctly? Try copying and pasting the code into the field at checkout or check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is valid.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
Lola and Lamar unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you wish to seek further information regarding taxes and duties.
Can Lola & Lamar refund customs charges?
We cannot reimburse customs in any capacity. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customers or duties fees associated with your order.

What is your returns policy?
We accept exchanges and refunds (excluding the cost of original shipping) on all our pieces, with the exception of sale items – these items are final sale and cannot be returned, within 30 days from the date of receipt. We only ask that the item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal and item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Kindly try on all bottoms over your own undergarments. We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com so we can urgently review the matter for you.
Will I be notified when my item is refunded?
We only notify you once your refund has been issued, not when we receive you returned item/s, and you'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
Do I have to pay to ship my return?
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage.

Is it safe to purchase online from the eboutique?
Absolutely. We are hosted by Squarespace. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order.
