We offer Standard Priority Shipping at a flat rate of $5 per order (FREE for orders over $100) and Express Shipping at a flat rate of $25 for all domestic orders within the USA. We offer Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $15 (FREE for orders over $150) for all orders within Australia, Canada and United Kingdom, and Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $20 (FREE for orders over $150) for orders to the rest of the world. 'Pre-Order' means that the item is not yet available though that it can be ordered in advance. Not all items are available for Pre-Order, though those that are are typically either advance season pieces, special limited offer products or re-cuts of popular items that have sold out. Please remember these important points regarding Pre-Orders:
100% of the order value will be charged upon order placement;
The Pre-Ordered item's ETA is listed on the item's page;
The ETA can change due to production schedules. In such instance our Customer Support will do their utmost to keep you informed and up to date;

We process and ship orders within 1-3 days Mon-Fri on all non-US holidays. Purchases made on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Lola & Lamar uses USPS or FedEx for orders. There may be the occasional delay on international orders due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control. We offer 30 day hassle-free returns for your bikini (excluding sale items - these items are final sale and cannot be returned). The item/s must be in original condition with all tags and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item’s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Kindly try on all bottoms over your own undergarments. We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Lola & Lamar offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). All returns can be sent to our HQ based in the United States.
