Purchases made on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders are dispatched from our headquarters based in Hawaii, USA within 1-3 days of payment. Please allow 3 business days for Priority Mail orders, to receive your parcel from date of dispatch. If a package is returned to Lola & Lamar marked as undeliverable or unclaimed, the customer is held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges. To prevent his from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notices and use the tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation email. 

All 2 DAY EXPRESS ORDERS WITHIN UNITED STATES are shipped via FedEx 2 Day during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders are dispatched from our headquarters based in Hawaii, USA within 1-3 days of payment. This option is 2 business day delivery. If a package is returned to Lola & Lamar marked as undeliverable or unclaimed, the customer is held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges. To prevent his from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notices and use the tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation email.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Lola & Lamar. If you choose to reject or refuse delivery or to pay the customs or duties fees and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred and this amount will be deducted from the refund. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
